Bekasi Apartment is a proposed design for public housing consisting of 3 towers, designed for the low-income market segment in Bekasi, Indonesia.
The project is located close to an industrial area, and the tower layout was positioned to maximise site usage while avoiding direct west sun exposure.
Location: Jl. Merdeka, Bekasi, Indonesia.
Client: PT. Artha Debang.
